Over the past months after Bill C-51 was enacted into law the public outcry is still high[1]. The bill was a tragic hit to our fundemantal human, civic and political rights. "Canada is “getting it wrong” in its war on terror, enacting laws that are both unconstitutional and fail to keep the country safer"[2]. C-51 has become a central issue to the current election, and we must endevour to keep it as such. Support has shifted from the liberals toward the NDP in many cases because of this legislation[3]. Futher more ABC (Anyone but conservative" campaings have widened across the country[4][5]. With the removal of the conservative government C-51 will either be repealed, or amended. We must push for the repeal of C-51. We cannot allow this affront to our democrasy to exist.
