The second mission, well I stuffed it up. Monumentally. I didn’t know how to word it, and I’d forgotten all of Screamo’s wise words, so it ended up coming out all wrong, and in circles. The next morning, just before I raced off to make balloon animals at my sister’s school (another special talent of mine!), it was clear that I’d either conveyed nothing, or pretty close to the opposite of ”this is more than just fun now”. See? I could have just said that… but no, I said everything but that!
But it wasn’t too bad, and I headed to the fun fair dressed as a rainbow feeling like it was a partial success, and looking forward to getting back to see Bachelor Number Ten again that afternoon.
Mission (sort of) accomplished.
