  2. 2. Purchase the item as normal then wait for the item to be dispatched
  3. 3. Once the delivery company (Hermes for example) sends you a message saying the item is out for delivery contact customer service
  4. 4. Say that it says the parcel has arrived but nothing had arrived for you and you will be issued a full refund
  5. 5. The Moncler will still be be delivered as Monclere won’t alert the courier
  6. 6. If you are going to repeat use a new email
