In gambling, a "proposition bet" (prop bet, prop, novelty, or a side bet) is a bet made regarding the occurrence or non-occurrence of specific phrases,actions etc:during a game,contest or event.
Example: I bet Donald Trump will say "wrong",10 times during the presidential political debate and the Hillary will smile 5 times at something Trump says.
