  1. I had all of the symptoms in Stage 1, sometimes would have tears running down my eyes on the road and I wouldn't even notice..
  2. And sometimes I would wake in the morning and ask God why he didn't let me die in my sleep like my friend did.
  3. The panic attacks were just crazy...
  4. I had to take myself to a therapist, move my annual leave forward and learn to live with the pain.
  5. I thank God for my therapist, my boyfriend who never gave up on me, and my lovely family and all who reached out to me from SDK blog.
  6. Don't ever give up on yourself. I am willing to help whoever needs a shoulder to lean on.
