  1. This is my first blue oyster grow.
  2. I think these are ready to pick, but I just wanted to get a second opinion.
  3. Thanks.

  14. Depends on how long you want to store them. Oyster will continue to mature after harvest. But generally those look about when I try to pick ours, if not a little sooner.
  15. You want to get them before the cap begins to flatten out and curl up.

  26. I think they may get bigger if you let them grow for another day or so.
  27. They're gonna be yummy!
  28. Oh God. Conflicting information. But nanncee is right about the caps.
  29. I just thought the whole cluster looked a little small.

  38. Thanks everyone. I did pick some of them today, and left some of the smaller ones to go another day or so. Sautéed some of them up with dinner and they were great.
  39. Do you guys normally eat the base part?
  40. Thanks
