  1. Greece imposes tougher restrictions on unvaccinated people, amid rising COVID-19 cases. Now, they must present a recent negative test to be able to enter the interior of any public space, as well as in bars and outdoor restaurants. Only 61% of the population of Greece has the full pattern.
  2. In Slovenia, it is necessary to present the health pass in all activities, teleworking is prioritized and the salaries of nurses have been increased. Quick tests and self-tests will once again be free. And, at the moment, no new confinement is planned.
  3. Tightened restrictions also in Iceland, where meetings have been limited and a mask is required in shops and busy areas. 89% of those over 12 years of age are fully vaccinated. Despite this, the country has registered 179 new infections in the last 24 hours, a record since the start of the pandemic.
  4. Time trial vaccination in Austria, as the new restrictions will start from Monday. Only a COVID-19 pass will allow entry to many public places and events with more than 25 people. At the main vaccination center in Vienna, between 1,000 and 1,200 vaccinations are carried out per day.
  5. And in Switzerland thousands of people took to the streets of Friborg to protest against the health certificate, shouting "freedom".
