My elder brother just poured his heart out to me. According to him, He met a lady last year, the relationship between them has been blissful. She is beautiful, intelligent, can hold her own, very smart and morally upright. The thing is she doesn't like to go to church. Her idea of Christianity is different from what it is.
She is almost an atheist. She thinks this world is too imperfect for there to be a perfect God. According to him, she practices do unto others what you want others to do unto you. By that standard, she is kind, generous and very selfless. These and many more qualities endeared her to him.
Another problem is she doesn't enjoy cooking. He would have to tease and beg for her to cook for him. On asking if she can actually cook he said whenever she enters the kitchen it is usually magical but she just doesn't enjoy it. She is lazy when it comes to house chores, but she is a professional hardworking woman. She brings work home, and would deprive herself of sleep, she goes the extra mile for her job, but hates to do laundry at home.
His confusion is made worse because he really loves her, and she has been with him through thick and thin. She is very faithful and committed according to him. She is funny, and he enjoys her company.
