  1. Pumpkin pie is a delicious dessert, but what about having it as a drink? Whether it's Thanksgiving or not, you can enjoy a crisp, cold pumpkin pie martini anytime you like simply by using this recipe.
  2. Servings: 1 (about 450 Calories or 1882.8 kJ)
  3. 1.5 oz (45 ml) vanilla vodka
  4. 1.5 oz (45 ml) creme de cacao
  5. 2.5 oz (75 ml) milk
  6. 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  7. 1 tbsp honey
  8. Pinch of pumpkin spice
  9. Crushed ice
  10. 3-5 small marshmallows for garnish (optional)
  11. 1 Pour the milk and pumpkin puree into the cocktail shaker.
  12. 2 Shake the contents 10 to 15 times to ensure that the mixture thickens and combines thoroughly.
  13. 3 Pour in the vodka and creme de cacao, along with a little bit of ice (the more you put in, the frostier your martini will be).
  14. 4 Shake and pour through a cocktail strainer into your glass.
  15. 5 Garnish with a bit of pumpkin spice, or add a few marshmallows for a truly decadent delight.
