Roger Chandler, Intel vice president of client graphics, said that the company did not impose restrictions on mining cryptocurrencies in the development of discrete Intel Arc GPUs.
Chandler said that their video cards will be aimed at gamers and content creators and they are not going to infringe on miners. Thus, all areas of application of video cards will be pleased with the new product, said the vice president of Intel.
Let us remind you that the shortage of video cards continues to persist at the moment. The release date for Intel's graphics card, codenamed Alchemist, is slated for the second quarter of 2022.
