SWEET N SPICY POUTINE
8 oz Monarch® Sweet Potato House Fry
4 oz Monarch Roasted Turkey Skillet Gravy
1 oz sriracha sauce
2 oz shredded pepperjack cheese
Add 1 oz of sriracha to 4 oz of prepared roasted
turkey skillet gravy. Taste for flavor and adjust
seasonings.
Fry the sweet potato house fries till crisp. Season
with sea salt and black pepper (or your favorite
french fry seasoning). Place in serving vessel of
choice, top with some of the gravy and all of the
cheese. The cheese should melt by the heat of the
gravy, but you may want to place under a broiler to
make the cheese gooey. Top with rest of the gravy
with your garnish of choice and serve immediately.
You can layer the fries, gravy and cheese for even
more cheesy gravy goodness!
