  2. 8 oz Monarch® Sweet Potato House Fry
  3. 4 oz Monarch Roasted Turkey Skillet Gravy
  4. 1 oz sriracha sauce
  5. 2 oz shredded pepperjack cheese
  6. Add 1 oz of sriracha to 4 oz of prepared roasted
  7. turkey skillet gravy. Taste for flavor and adjust
  8. seasonings.
  9. Fry the sweet potato house fries till crisp. Season
  10. with sea salt and black pepper (or your favorite
  11. french fry seasoning). Place in serving vessel of
  12. choice, top with some of the gravy and all of the
  13. cheese. The cheese should melt by the heat of the
  14. gravy, but you may want to place under a broiler to
  15. make the cheese gooey. Top with rest of the gravy
  16. with your garnish of choice and serve immediately.
  17. You can layer the fries, gravy and cheese for even
  18. more cheesy gravy goodness!
