Best web hosting for those on a budget?
My Bluehost expires on July 2020 and I am looking for options. Using the shared plan on Bluehost and got it for a long time to take advantage of the deal, but my got it is terrible.

My site, <<snipped>> is pretty slow loading due to slow servers and because of the Newspaper theme being stupidly clunky and large. I am on a budget, so was wondering which hosting was the best. I'd love a VPS but they are way too expensive.
Anyone have experience with Hostwinds? I'd be looking at the business plan. Speed is priority for me, along with uptime.
Any suggestions and experience?

VPs's are amazing, but I wouldn't go that route until you really require it, as it can get rather expensive with all the addons you'll require.
When you say you are on a budget, what is your budget?
What do you require other then speed? Is there a specific location?
Don't mind about location, most of my users are US and I am based in South England. Budget would be ￡10-15 a month, but I would be getting it in 2020 where I will be earning more so that won't be an issue.
I really like the look of Hostwinds as their support was great, and they will transfer the site over for me which is something I a. cannot be bothered to do and fix the issues I will inevitably cause, and b. something I would not know how to do.
Do checkout offers section there are many web hosts running some great proms. Probably you could find a great web host there.
