Step 2. add your card you got to your payment methods on your target account. to check if the card is active go to your orders than check in store. this will show you when was the last time the card owner bought something. the card is active if it has been used in the past 4-3 months. if not the card is most likely going to canceled when trying to order. keep the card on your account for at least 72 hours. this is reccomended as it will not make target suspicous and make them cancel your order. this is a process called aging the card. you age the card so target will believe the target account is yours. for billing adress on the card you can put any adress. try to make sure the name on card and name on billing adress are the same.
Step 3. after you are done aging the card on your account you are ready to make your first order. your first order should be at least under 150$ or so. this is because big orders may push the limit of your card and will decline your purchase. make sure when picking your shipping. you ship not to your house but a house in which you can go to pick up packages. for big orders you should not ship to your house but its fine if the order is small and 1 item.
Step 4. after this you can keep going up and up with your purchases i reccomend this increment, 150-200-300-350-400- try to take it slowly or else your orders will get canceled. well thats all for target method.
