I Heard that BlockChain was suffering from a ddos attack several hours ago .
despite than this i was sending money to BTC Address to pay for advertising
After i have sent about 25 $ to the address i received Back 997 $ Back To My Address , then i went to the address to check the final balance and i found it 0 meaning that it hasn't received any money , Also the strangest thing that this money was sent from the same address i sent the 25 $ , after that i tried to send another 25 $ to that address , then i received about 170 $ back to me all this happened 20 minutes ago , i thing there is a bug on that address or something like this , well here is the address that sent me the money to check it out and try by yourself and send money like i did :
