  1. Acapulco Green
  2. --------------
  3. 3 ripe avocados
  4. 1/2 cup chopped onions
  5. 2 teaspoons chili powder
  6. 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
  7. 1/2 cup chopped marahuana (grass)
  8. Mix the vinegar, grass, and chili powder together and let the
  9. mixture stand for one hour. Then add avocados and onions and mash
  10. it all together. It can be served with tacos or as a dip.
  11. Pot Soup
  12. --------
  13. 1 can condensed beef broth
  14. 3 tablespoons grass
  15. 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  16. 1/2 can water
  17. 3 tablespoons chopped watercress
  18. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over
  19. medium heat. Place in a refrigerator for two to three hours,
  20. reheat, and serve.
  21. Pork and Beans and Pot
  22. ----------------------
  23. 1 large can (1 lb. 13 oz.) pork and beans
  24. 1/2 cup grass
  25. 4 slices bacon
  26. 1/2 cup light molasses
  27. 1/2 teaspoon hickory salt
  28. 3 pineapple rings
  29. Mix together in a casserole, cover top with pineapple and bacon,
  30. bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serves about six.
  31. The Meat Ball
  32. -------------
  33. 1 lb. hamburger
  34. 1/4 cup chopped onions
  35. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  36. 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  37. 3 tablespoons grass
  38. 3 tablespoons India relish
  39. Mix it all up and shape into meat balls. Brown in frying pan and
  40. drain. Place in a casserole with soup and 1/2 cup water, cover and
  41. cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. Feeds about four people.
  42. Spaghetti Sauce
  43. ---------------
  44. 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
  45. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  46. 1/2 cup chopped onions
  47. 1/2 cup chopped grass
  48. 1 pinch pepper
  49. 1 can (6 oz.) water
  50. 1/2 clove minced garlic
  51. 1 bay leaf
  52. 1 pinch thyme
  53. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  54. Mix in large pot, cover and simmer with frequent stirring for two
  55. hours. Serve over spaghetti.
  56. Pot Loaf

  58. 1 packet onion soup mix
  59. 1 (16 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
  60. 1/2 cup chopped grass
  61. 2 lbs. ground beef or chicken or turkey
  62. 1 egg
  63. 4 slices bread, crumbled
  64. Mix all ingredients and shape into a loaf. Bake for one hour in
  65. 400-degree oven. Serves about six.
  66. Chili Bean Pot

  68. 2 lbs. pinto beans
  69. 1 lb. bacon, cut into two-inch sections
  70. 2 cups red wine
  71. 4 tablespoons chili powder
  72. 1/2 clove garlic
  73. 1 cup chopped grass
  74. 1/2 cup mushrooms
  75. Soak beans overnight in water. In a lagre pot pour boiling water
  76. over beans and simmer for at least an hour, adding more water to
  77. keep beans covered. Now add all other ingredients and continue to
  78. simmer for another three hours. Salt to taste. Serves about ten.
  79. Bird Stuffing
  80. -------------
  81. 5 cups rye bread crumbs
  82. 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
  83. 1/2 cup each of raisins and almonds
  84. 1/2 cup celery
  85. 1/3 cup chopped onions
  86. 3 tablespoons melted butter
  87. 1/2 cup chopped grass
  88. 2 tablespoons red wine
  89. Mix it all together, and then stuff it in.
  90. Apple Pot
  91. ---------
  92. 4 apples (cored)
  93. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  94. 1/4 cup water
  95. 4 cherries
  96. 1/3 cup chopped grass
  97. 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  98. Powder the grass in a blender, then mix grass with sugar and water.
  99. Stuff cores with this paste. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon, and
  100. top with a cherry. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
  101. Pot Brownies
  102. ------------
  103. 1/2 cup flour
  104. 3 tablespoons shortening
  105. 2 tablespoons honey
  106. 1 egg (beaten)
  107. 1 tablespoon water
  108. 1/2 cup grass
  109. pinch of salt
  110. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  111. 1/2 cup sugar
  112. 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  113. 1 square melted chocolate
  114. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  115. 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  116. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together. Mix shortening,
  117. sugar, honey, syrup, and egg. Then blend in chocolate and other
  118. ingredients, and mix well. Spread in an 8-inch pan and bake for 20
  119. minutes ate 350 degrees.
  120. Banana Bread
  121. ------------
  122. 1/2 cup shortening
  123. 2 eggs
  124. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  125. 3 teaspoons baking powder
  126. 1 cup sugar
  127. 1 cup mashed bananas
  128. 2 cups sifted flour
  129. 1/2 cup chopped grass
  130. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  131. 1 cup chopped nuts
  132. Mix the shortening and sugar, beat eggs, and add to mixture.
  133. Seperately mix bananas with lemon juice and add to the first
  134. mixture. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together, then mix
  135. all ingredients together. Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 375 degrees.
  136. Sesame Seed Cookies
  137. -------------------
  138. 3 oz. ground roast sesame seeds
  139. 3 tablespoons ground almonds
  140. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  141. 1/4 cup honey
  142. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  143. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  144. 1/4 oz. grass
  145. Toast the grass until slightly brown and then crush it in a
  146. mortar. Mix crushed grass with all other ingredients, in a
  147. skillet. Place skillet over low flame and add 1 tablespoon of salt
  148. butter. Allow it to cook. When cool, roll mixture into little
  149. balls and dip them into the sesame seeds.
