  2. I am using Strasmore ssdnodes vps from 1 + years and the November 2018 I am decided to not renew the VPS because of their service and they are not providing what I am looking for. But my mistake I have not sent a cancelation request in there support,

  11. I think it will auto cancel if I not pay but forget that it's ssdnodes already linked with PayPal and money auto debited at renewing date. I have immediately sent email to Strasmore ssdnodes support to please refund I don't want to renew the VPS but they not refunded the money and saying we have 14 days refund policy we can't refund. But they refunded the money in their wallet. I also opened a dispute in PayPal for the refund but PayPal sent the money favor of the seller Transaction ID 7HP559061R349330N.
  13. A few days back I bought a new service from SSD nodes because they force me to buy. I have no other way, I have bought ssdnodes 10x KVM VPS and paid extra 98$ because they have no plan at 119$ for 1 year, 119$ from the wallet and 98$ more from PayPal on 6th January 2019.
  15. The 10x KVM VPS speed they have described on their page up to 6400 MB/s but the speed no more than 1000 MB/s.

On 18-01-2019 in 12 days the VPS down for about 4 hours I have sent many messages what the issue why the service offline, also I ask to give my backup file so I can move to other provider but not replied on the day. But the 2nd day they replied my Support Tickets and gave me 20$ on their wallet for compensation.

On 23 January facing slow loading issue in my blog when I check the performance of the VPS via root access the disk speed getting slow from 1000 MB/s to 200, 112,MB/s and the network upload speed from 600-700 Mbit/s to 10, 20 Mbit/s. I immediately contacted the support but same no reply from support on the day and in a few hours the VPS totally go down and my blog down for about 6 + Hours.
  21. I have lost my traffic and search engine rank in some posts.
  22. 24 th January the VPS came online and support also replied my ticket and gave me 20$ as compensation.
  24. But the same issue started in few hours after online I immediately move my blog to other VPS provider and I asked for cancel the vps and refund my money but they declined to refund the money in PayPal. but they refunded the money in their wallet
  27. I have sent many emails to @Matt Connor but reply received from them also support is too rude now days
  29. @Matt Connor if you are here refund I have lost my traffic and search engine rank in some posts and also earning of 2 days

  49. It is not and it is not professional if you do not cancel it properly. It is important to read the TOS in the future.
  51. ya its my mistake but they are not providing the service, the problem started from 12 days after bought a new service if they can't provide the service properly they have to refund

  54. Im also facing the same problem so i requested to refund my money, but they declined my refund. Also before 2 or 3 days their webhosting was down 4-5hrs. Nowadays ssdnode is one of the worst webhosting service provider.

Sometimes even at the fault of the customer of not cancelling or overpaying, a simple note explaining the steps on how to cancel an account/payment, along with the refund makes a huge difference to the person in the situation. That person may come back one day (as I've seen happen) since they know you won't scam them a simple mistake payment, and they will definitely not leave a negative review (like this one) since this situation wouldn't have occurred.
  62. From past experience, seeing a hosts name show up a few times of similar complaints in multiple posts...a quick "hey is everything ok over there" should be asked since it all seemed one sided at the moment.

  68. I was hoping this post was an anomaly but alas. I dived in today and I am just hoping that they made a killing with the 3 day flash sale at prices higher than normal, without the NVme drives, and folks are bench testing the crap out of the servers at the expense of my VPS performance.
