This faucet website gives out a minimum of 1000 satoshi hourly.
You can earn 2000 or 3000 from it as well, and the chance of getting that from the faucet isn't that bad.
On top of that, you can multiply your faucet payout by anywhere from 2x to 1000x

Edit (19th May 2016): So now uhh... The payout is now either 100, 200, 300, or 3000 satoshi. The average is also now 148 satoshi (more than 10 times less than before).
I personally have given up on fauceting, but go ahead and check it out anyway.
