Caneel Bay Beach is an exclusive beach resort situated in St. John and it was first discovered by Laurance Rockefeller in the 1950’s. He made it his mission to improve this little piece of heaven and while it cannot be accessed by land, going to Caneel Bay Beach has to be done through the sea – by boat or ferry. This resort is indeed one of the places to visit in United States Virgin Islands. It is a very romantic location which is why some couples arrange to get married in Caneel Bay Beach. The beach is open from November to August and you can do pretty much whatever water sport you can think of doing as long as it is permissible in still waters.
