  1. First off Eating less than 800 calories a day will make your body store fat, not lose it. Start exercising an hour a day but change your diet. Eggs for breakfast, lean meat + brown rice for lunch, lean meat + salad for dinner, STAY AWAY FROM FAST FOOD and drink a gallon of water a day will help you lose 4-5 lbs a week so about 20lbs in a month.
  2. Your body can only healthily lose up to 5 lbs of FAT per week. So, yes, it is possible to lose 20bs in that time period, but it will mostly be of muscle and other fluids in your body if you keep your eating pattern of 800 calories a day. Shoot for 1,500,2,000 because what you're doing is putting your body into starvation mode, and your body holds onto every bit of food that you consume into your fat because it doesn't know when it will get its next meal. I know people who are told that starvation doesn't work always say "then why do anorexic girls get skinny?" That is because they do this for months straight, and before their body eats up the fat, it eats away healthy muscle to keep alive. In two weeks, you may lose weight, but you probably will look the same because you won't be losing fat.
  3. On the other hand, if you do HIIT (high intensity interval training) it will both build muscle and burn fat which creates that pretty toned look everyone always want. HIIT is actually the best and fastest form of exercise. As long as you eat healthy when you're hungry (because once your stomach starts growling it actually is already to eat away muscle) you will lose weight. EAT PROTEIN. It will keep you satiated for longer, causing you to not feel hungry, and therefore you eat less, but you aren't depriving yourself.
