1. Surround yourself with positive people, who make you smile and forget about your illness for a few moments.
2. Maintain a healthy lifestyle: eat a balanced diet, exercise as much as possible, get enough rest.
3. I went for a walk or bike ride, do stretching.
4. Consult with your doctor about an alternative therapy such as acupuncture or yoga.
5. Keeping a personal journal and writing down your feelings is a great way to vent your emotions.
6. Enroll in a course to spread out; painting, literary workshop, in short, any activity that helps you remove your thoughts from the disease.
7. Dress comfortably but at the same time make you feel good about yourself. On those days when you feel bad, put on makeup that will make you look and feel better.
8. Try to follow a daily routine, either the old one or a new one. If possible, keep your activities as usual.
9. If necessary, I asked for professional help. Doing family therapy can help your children.
10. Talk to women who have been through the disease. No one better than them to understand and advise you.
