  1. YOGURT AND TAHINI DIP - SUDANESE!
  2. 2⁄3 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
  3. 2⁄3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  4. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 2 lemons, juice of
  6. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  7. pinch of salt
  8. pinch of black pepper
  9. Mix together garlic, salt, black pepper, and tahini until smooth.
  10. Add yogurt and lemon juice, a little at a time, mixing well after each addition, until it is like a thick cream.
  11. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with chopped vegetables, and warm pita bread, if desired.
