  20. I've been with KnownHost for a week, but they managed a migration quickly on Christmas ("refugee" from Servint/LeaseWeb). No problems thus far!

  24. I'd suggest doing so at http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php?search_type=1, making sure to only search posts in the "Web Hosting Main Forums". This will allow you to get a better picture, whilst excluding the advertising forums which likely won't have the user feedback you're looking for.

  32. I recently moved from KnownHost after being there 3 years, but only because of pricing (need to go to unmanaged for my low priority sites). I may move back someday; their support is stellar and I don't think I had more than five minutes of down time in that three years. If you're looking for a managed VPS I would definitely give them a try.
  34. I would recommend using Known host, we have a VPS there and can say support is stellar so far.
