  3. I am going to purchase SEO tool for Backlinks. Can you please tell me which 1 is better? Moz or Ahrefs?

When it comes to check backlinks, competitor position etc I always prefer Ahrefs as it is easier for me to use.Someone have stated that the features are buggy and not relevant but I have not experienced this yet. When it comes to performance, analyzing both site functionality , features, services as a whole then also I will still stick with aherfs, it never let me down and proovided the data which I need. Finally, it's depend on you what you like is your decision.

  22. I'll be choosing MOZ over Ahrefs. I believe MOZ is more accurate that Ahrefs and it is more established.
  24. We can not say which is good, both are good. For competitors analysis, rank tracking,web monitoring I take help of alexa. For checking domain authority and sometimes for keyword research I take help of MOZ tool.

Decision always should be made on what you're doing most of the time, @ Moz Balanced toolset covering content, technical SEO considerations and amazing dashboard to see the overview of the things as well. Whereas, Ahrefs finding backlink opportunities, competition and some of their newer tools feature are strong....
  28. Ahrefs seems much faster. Moz has only picked up 1 link for my site, but ahrefs has more than 40 already. Seems one is about 3 months behind real time and the other maybe 2-5 weeks.

  33. SEMrush is also very good tool, many of seo experts use this and even I also use this. And it help me in all the ways when it comes for backlinks.
  35. If we're speaking only about backlinks tracking Ahrefs is more accurate then Moz. You can check index sizes of both services. It seems Ahrefs spend more money on the tech infrastructure of the service than on UX, which I don't like in Ahrefs.
  37. But these two services have more features which you should also compare. In Ahrefs you can easily track SERP. Moz has built-in on-page optimization analysis. Speaking of content ideas, Ahrefs has nice Content Explorer which comes without extra, while in Moz Content cost from $50+ per month.

  59. IMHO Ahrefs is one of the most expensive. SEMrush is better
  61. Semrush is better for optimization. Ahrefs is better for linkbulding. MOZ is something middle between optimization and linkbulding.
