You need to add closed captions, if your Utube Video contains any relavent audio. Captions will make your video also accessible to people that are deaf, as well to people who watches the video on devices with no sound capabilities.
If you do not have a caption file, you can upload a transcript. UTube will then use automatic speech recognition software to assign time stamps to each word, syncing your transcript with the video. It’s a fairly easy process.
