  1. First and foremost when cooking for company always know if there is an allergy present to any food.
  2. Fresh food is the best food.
  3. Chicken is one of the most common meats, liked by most people, it can be cooked in a myriad of ways.
  4. Ingredients- Boneless-Skinless Chicken Breast. Tomatoes, French Bread costs about 1.99 at grocery store, Garlic, Salt, Paprika because it is awesome and colorful. Noodles almost any kind is good, I like to use Vegetable Ziti. Get something that is oven safe anything from a muffin pan to a glass pie plate. Dice a clove of garlic, if you have trouble, use the flat edge of the knife and slam against a clove, it should come out easy. Dice that shit up put in small pan on the stove fill pan with oil put on low, throw garlic and salt in and let slightly brown. browning means what ever your cooking is starting to turn brown. Boom bread and garlic oil, mmm so good. Your date will think youre a pro. ok put chicken in pan with some salt not too much just a little bit, add some veggies doesnt matter anything you got will be good. You want the I just threw it together look, makes you look cool and handy in the kitchen. place in preheated oven at 350 for about 35-40 minutes. When finished lightly coat with Paprika, if you want to knock the socks off the meat then add Adobo or Lawry's both spices found in a grocery, both great on everything. At about minute 20 boil water. When water is boiled toss in egg noodles and reduce heat to low or simmer. Check the noodles after 3-4 minutes when soft and tasty remove from water and hot pan. Now grab some milk just a splash place in same pot the noodles were in, add some cheese, salt, and if it's too milky for your liking add some flour to soak that shit up, when everything is a good consistency add the noodles back in and stir. Boom everythings almost done. 10 more minutes and the chicken is done, ok start slicing those tomatoes add to the chicken, ding ding all is done place noodles on bottom, chicken and veggies on top and tomatoes garnished around the noodles, you have a cheap and easy to make fancy looking dinner, enjoy and get some, oh yea dont worry about the garlic smell on your breath because (s)he'll have it too.
