Financial aspects of the deal were not released but it was confirmed that AlphaRacks will absorb WootHosting’s customers and services to provide them with an “overall better service”. Likewise, AlphaRacks customers will soon be able to deploy services through WootHosting Points of Presence (PoP’s).
