Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is planning to replace Real Madrid stars with Tottenham Hotspurs players following the Champions League defeat to the West London team in the mid-week.
Perez is also making Tottenham Hotspur coach Mauricio Pochettino as his main priority to replace Zinedine Zidane if the French coach is sacked, according to report in The Daily Mail.
Zidane is facing a tough challenge at the Santiago Bernabeu after his side suffered a back to back defeat by Girona and Tottenham respectively.
Real Madrid was thrashed heavily by Spurs in the Champions League at the Wembley Stadium, a defeat which heap pressure on Zidane and his team.
And Real president Perez sees Pochettino, 45, as the future - hoping he can lure Dele Alli and Harry Kane to Spain, claims The Daily Mail.
The former Espanyol and Southampton coach has already signed a long-term extension at White Hart Lane and claims he could stay in North London for 15 years.
Real Madrid might look elsewhere to get a coach as they have rumoured to have contacted Jose Mourinho for a possible return to Spain.
