Moon bitcoin faucet is a little different than other faucets I use.
You sign up, and when the page loads all the ads, it starts adding single satoshi to your running balance, and the longer you wait past the 5 minute minimum claim waiting period, the slower the addition becomes.
Claim your running balance after 5 minutes or so, and you can accumulate quite a few satoshi. I claim every 5-30 minutes while at the screen, which is usually around 1800 to 2300 hours local time, and I managed to accumulate around 38000 satoshi over this last week.
