The pandemic is a turning point for capitalism, but not for a good reason. While government actions have been successful in supporting financial markets, it has not been able to effectively assist small businesses and individuals. Unless there is a major change to how we go about helping Main Street, we will come out of this pandemic more unequal than we were going in. As I explained at this year's Milken Institute Global Conference, my hope is that this crisis will be a catalyst for change, starting with figuring out a way to offer basic employee benefits including healthcare and retirement to the majority of American workers. #MIGlobal #Capitalism
