1) Disconnect the HDMI cable from your TV.
2) Disconnect the HDMI cable from your Apple TV set-top box.
3) Disconnect power from your TV.
4) Disconnect power from your Apple TV set-top box.
5) Re-connect the HDMI cable to your TV
6) Re-connect the HDMI cable to your Apple TV set-top box.
7) Re-connect power to your TV.
8) Re-connect power to your Apple TV set-top box.
