  15. In Google Image Search All the Thumbnail images of the post are visible but not the Full Size WordPress attachment Page images.

  24. The main reason why your images aren't indexed yet is that the pages that contain the full-size image aren't indexed either.

  28. Google it with site: in front of the URL and you can see if it's indexed or not.
  30. Get them indexed first, after that your images will get indexed as well.
  33. quiz is right, add your image pages to your sitemap.xml file then upload that file to Google webmaster tools. You can also do a special image sitemap for Google, do a search in Google webmaster tools for complete instructions. For anyone else reading this post you can also do a special video sitemap. Also make sure that your images are properly optimized for indexing (file name includes keywords, alt includes keywords, add a caption that includes keywords, etc.) Of course Google is relying less on keywords now with Panda update, but they still work great with images.
