I assure the narrator and all readers that, this is not the first, and it won't be the last until proper awareness is made public. why would a care-giver tape a child to a chair and then shares that picture on facebook, this makes no sense, both to the layman and morally, very amoral show of indiscipline, indiscretion, insensibility, and high-end abnormality.
These parents leave their children in care services not because they cannot take care of them, no, but because at certain times they have jobs and other pressing matters to attend to. I, honestly am taking this issue quite personal because I have lost someone because of the nonchalancy of a caregiver in a hospital. certain questions should be asked, why facebook? was she(the caregiver) trying to make a joke? what a sick joke that is. Little or no sense can be retrieve from what she(the caregiver) is trying to accomplish there. so annoying and disheartening.
