Metabolism- Your metabolism rate has a great deal to do with whether you gain or lose weight while you are trying to lose it. If you have stopped working out, for instance, this could cause your metabolism to take a nose dive. If your workout included weight lifting, your metabolism will remain high for a good period of time but will eventually drop thus causing you to gain weight. In order to continue losing weight, begin your workouts again. Once you begin to work out again, you will see a change in Weight Loss again.
