Our business has been taking our own product images in house for 10 years. We've invested in producing the quality content google is always championing, and this morning we received this:
Dear Google Shopping Merchant,
It has come to our attention that your Google Merchant Center account ID 123456 (CPAP.com, US) does not comply with our Google Shopping feed specification (available at https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/188494).
Your account is currently at risk of suspension because Google Shopping doesn’t allow product listings with inappropriate images:
Your account is currently at risk of suspension because Google Shopping doesn't allow product listings with inaccurate images. Images containing promotional messages, including watermarks or promotional text are disallowed. The image must display the product. Image links pointing to the store’s logo or other generic images are not allowed either. Do not submit a placeholder such as "No image". Please update your data feed to ensure that all items are in compliance with Google Shopping policies and feed specification on images.

Please note your account will be suspended in 14 days if your product listings are not brought into compliance with our Google Shopping feed specification and Google Shopping Policies available at
https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/188494 and
https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/188484 respectively.
Related Merchant Center accounts may also be suspended.
Deadline: Dec 26, 2013
Please provide accurate information in your data feed and re-upload it to ensure that your product listings can continue to appear on Google Shopping.
