I had earlier on 6 April 2014 booked a room with you via Airbnb under the name of Shaw Jia Jun.
When my son, Shaw, first registered an account with Airbnb, he was accepted successfully by them.
But on the 8 May 2014, Airbnb sent an email to me informing that the booking has to be cancelled. Reason being Airbnb is intended solely for persons who are 18 or older. As Shaw is only 16 years old, he is not eligible to utilize Airbnb services.
As you may already know through our previous emails with you via Airbnb, Shaw is an international student with Winchester College and he would need the room at your place on the 26/9 and 27/9, being college's weekend holiday. Hence, I am writing this email to make a private arrangement with you to reserve the same room for Shaw.
Shaw will be in Winchester on the 7 September 2014 to start college. Once he has settled in school, he will contact you for a meet up during a weekend (as he is only allowed to leave college), at a time convenient to you.
