  1. THE GAINS OF PLANNING
  2. The most important forces on earth are time and change. Just as time moves with or without you, so also change will occur with or without you. To be successful therefore has to do with how you manage these two inevitable elements - time and change. Hence, they are equally given and happened to every human. This means just as everyone has 24hrs time each day, so also no one is rich or poor in change. It happens to all equally.
  3. Thus, the principle way to management time and change is through effective planning. Planning and taking accurate actions is the most important principles of success in life. Effective planning helps determine how time and change are regulated for your utmost advantage in view of your life’s assignment. This is why in 2017, your dream is only a dream until it has a plan infused with deliberate actions to achieve same. Therefore, the secret to life is the effective management of time and change through planning.
  4. If you don't have a plan, you have no protection over your vision and a life with no direction. Planning do not just tell you what you want to do, it also tell you what you don't want to do. This is why the most important first response to managing time and change is planning.
  5. Planning is so important that even God makes plans for us, (Jer. 29:11). In other words, God knows that planning is a requirement for arriving at a destination. One of the wisest men in the Old Testament (King Solomon) emphatically encouraged proper planning. This is why God gave you a brain and the gift of imagination so that you can participate in creation through planning. No animal on earth has the capacity to plan. Every creature God made lives on instinct. Hence, planning is the highest divine expression exclusive to man.
  6. What is planning? I define it as the management of the distance between your birth and your death. The management of the distance between your inception and your exit. You have to deliberately plan this year, because no one can plow a field simply by turning it in his mind, (Prov. 16:9).
