  1. Tigernut Flour is a Confectionery Flour produced from an under utilized root crop called Tigernut. The flour can subsequently be used to produce Cake, Cookies, Bread, Biscuit and other snacks. The products from tigernut flour is so unique because of the countless numbers of nutritional and health benefit that is embedded in the mother raw material (Tigernut). It is naturally sweet in which the natural sweetness is transferred to the final product making it unnecessary to apply any sweetener (sugar and so on) during subsequent processing into snacks there by making it a perfect meal for diabetic patients. other health benefits include:
