crowd-source bounty hunting.
It needs these features:
*Anyone can be the killer, and they will recieve the bounty.
*People who give money should be able to change their mind later, for a fee.
*Bitmessage/bitcoin are the only protocols.
today, TPTB (The powers that be) have a monopoly on killing people.
We can end this monopoly.
Maybe the cops will stop killing our dogs since all the dog-killers will start dying.
This tool could also be used to hire people to commit acts of civil disobedience, like putting glue into locks.
We could use this tool to fund prison-breaks.
If we could secure $100 per prisoner, we could fund a team to break them out.
Building this tool is the easiest way to fix the monopoly on power.

American side here, I'm right there with ya. Apparently I'm not on any watchlists, but I'm on this side of things willing to help. I don't want any deaths on my hands, but some big change is something I'd be excited to help with.

It has come to my attention that we should perhaps begin planning counter-measures and tactics for the coming fight against the oligarchy that controls the Earth. The Internet has and is opening the eyes of millions of people around the globe to the injustice that covers the world like a fog of death. It also gives us tools to fight TBTB that have never existed before. To that end, I think we need to start producing manuals and tools to help with the fight. I will be producing a counter-intelligence/interrogation manual, as it is my area of expertise. Anyone else care to help out?
