If you want to see flamingos wagging their wonderful feathered bodies, you should visit Lake Manyara National Park. It is best to go to the park during the cold season, though. You will see impalas, elephants, blue monkeys, gazelles, and other wild animals. Do not worry; you are safe in your car and if you are up for the adventure, you can reach this place by car when you travel 126 kilometres south of Arusha. You can see great savannah lands for over 330 square kilometers and over 200 square kilometers of soda-lake.
