A hacker tried to send more than 4 million text messages saying “death to the Jews” via the breached network of a telecom company. It turned out that data was stolen 2 years ago during the illegal access to the systems of the Australia-based SMSGlobal, a company providing messaging services for a number of global brands and accounting over 1m customers all over the globe. The company has a strong presence in the United Arab Emirates and offices in Britain and the United States.
