  48. spamassassin does not always work, also a lot of spam comes from gmail, so blocking that could block potential customers as it is a commonly used email.
  49. best to report the spam email with header to Spamcop and then look for the originators email and then trace the CIDR and block that on the server

  55. If you are getting a ton of spam, I think you should be talking to your provider, asking them what they're doing to minimize this, or what could be implemented to reduce it.
