Ended up changing my FB password and logging my account out of all devices. I get the same error. If you cannot, it means there is a problem with your account.
They said my account had suspicious activity on it and I changed my password as they told me to do then I cam to a part that said enter my phone number and I forgot I have changed phone numbers because I have a cell phone now, so how can I reactivate my account? They will try to resolve your problem immediately but generally they used to resolve issues in next updates. I have sent an email to meetme support, but still waiting.
