Make sure the host has the payment option your looking for. I don't even think twice about a host that doesn't accept paypal. Its not that I don't trust anyone, well people I've never met face to face in person I don't trust, and have every reason not to, for you don't know what the company is really like, you don't really know if they exist at all.. I
I pay $6 per month on my shared hosting plan. I know there other cheap places where you can good discounts, but I never had issue with my current hosting, so I planned to stay.
You get what you pay for, BUT sometimes that is much more important how to pay. And I like such companies like qhoster.com which accept Payza, Perfect Money Webmoney and many others.
It is a wrong perception, however, that cheap web hosts entail poor quality of services because there are really, indeed, reputable web host providers that are offering affordable or cheap web hosting packages. Moved to kvchosting.com after poor service with my previous web host. Now I am fully-satisfied with the speed connection, server stability and customer support service.
There is no need to choose a host with the "fastest" ticket response time, but choose one who you feel you communicate well with.
