  1. ference to health reform. He designs that the great subject
  2. of health reform shall be agitated, and the public mind deeply stirred
  3. to investigate; for it is impossible for men and women, with all their
  4. sinful, health-destroying, brain-enervating habits, to discern sacred
  5. truth, through which they are to be sanctified, refined, elevated,
  6. and made fit for the society of heavenly angels in the kingdom of
  7. glory.—Testimonies for the Church 3:162.
  8. Health Talks to Be Given
  9. The Lord has presented before me that many, many will be
  10. rescued from physical, mental, and moral degeneracy through the
  11. practical influence of health reform. Health talks will be given,
  12. publications will be multiplied. The principles of health reform

  23. [34] therefore of the highest importance, that among the studies selected
  24. for childhood, physiology should occupy the first place. How few
  25. know anything about the structure and functions of their own bodies,
  26. and of nature’s laws! Many are drifting about without knowledge,
  27. like a ship at sea without compass or anchor; and what is more,
  28. they are not interested to learn how to keep their bodies in a healthy
  29. condition and prevent disease.—Counsels on Health, 38.
  30. Represented by Advance Principles
  31. Satan is constantly urging men to accept his principles, and thus
  32. he is seeking to counterwork the work of God. He is constantly
  33. representing the chosen people of God as a deluded people. He is
