I've been coming across a lot of Jamie Dimon articles in the last few weeks. This is another good one sharing his idea of a successful leader. I definitely agree and in my coaching program I talk about these things as well.
One thing about manifesting the subject/object will always be in your frequency. Just have to pay attention.
I totally agree with Mr. Dimon on what makes a great leader. I had the pleasure of meeting him in Chicago while doing my leadership program. He has been one of the few leaders that I had the fortune to meet and who has impacted me in the way he motivates and treats a team that to this day I unwittingly follow his advice and live it.
