unethically frustrating!

  1. Why I am asking is that I reeeaaaally like the idea but management ethics can be very frustrating. In management school I was told it's unethical to record anyone's voice (in the work environment) without their consent. I was also told that in the court of law, if the such voice recordings are pulled up as evidence for some reason and the recordee (lol) wasn't aware of the recording time, that the recorder can put himself/herself in trouble. And if the recordee is the defendant, he/she could win the case already just for that. So ama fearing...
