THE CHASTAIN will be a seven day, three meal period neighborhood restaurant. The culinary program will feature approachable technique driven cooking with a focus on local ingredients and seasonality. The beverage program will be driven by the same ethos with regards to wine and spirits.
Candidates for respective positions must be passionate, organized, and self-motivated. Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency are a must. FOH and BOH Candidates alike should have a passion for food and beverage, the ability to work with a team, and be eager to create a memorable guest experience with the goal of offering the best hospitality and dining experience in the South.
