Hey guys, I'd like confirmation on something so I can put this problem to rest once and for all. If a supervisor wants to see the conversation history between employee a and b, would it be possible to have some lync configuration done to see the conversations or would this need to be configured in exchange in some way? I can get the Process of communicator , but I am not sure how to get individual conversation windows. Do you use keyboard shortcuts during the workday?

Lync for Mac 2011 You can save and save lync conversation a text conversation in the Conversation History. In the Conversation History, text conversations are organized by contact name and then by date. All conversations that you save with a contact on a particular date are saved in a single log. When you save a conversation in Conversation History, only the text portion is saved. Audio and video aren't saved.
