If a girl has slept with eight guys, and she is very confident and such in her sexuality and has no problem about talking about it (she does feel she's slutty for eight guys), how exactly do I go about that? I know she is interested in me, she talks how she wants to hang out with me, be roommates, etc., although we haven't done that yet. Sunday night she wanted to hang out and I said, "Ok." but we ended up not hanging out, as another guy went by and they hung out. She says she only likes black guys, but I think it's mostly because of the swag. Our text messages are really boring and stupid and when one of us asks a questions the other usually says something lame like "what," or, "ok." How would I go about gaming her and getting her as you do to women, to psychologically be turned on, etc.?
Another girl is this quiet, innocent girl who is still a senior in high school (I turn 18 in less than two weeks, it's cool.) who I hardly talk to and she's best friends with my best friend. We met last year and at the time one of their friends was trying to hook up with me, but I tried hooking up with her, and she felt guilty. So the attraction was there, and could probably be rekindled. How would I go about 'gaming' her?

First, let me say that I have hundreds of posts for a reason. Read them, and then decide your next move. You'll never learn by someone spoon feeding you, and women aren't all black & white. Everything is situational, so there is no way I can give you a direct answer.
As for the 8 guys number, I'm going to tell you something that took me years to learn. Never say more than you have to. In other words, you really shouldn't be asking her how many men she's been with. And she's playing you like a chump. Treating you like her best friend.
