  1. Two-time Australian Open champion Victoria Azarenka pulled back from the U.S. Open on Monday since she was not able determination a care debate with her newborn child's dad.
  2. The 28-year-old star from Belarus, who brought forth her first youngster in December and came back to the visit in June, nitty gritty the debate with the kid's dad in a long Twitter post a week ago, saying that she won't not have the capacity to carry her child with her to New York.
  3. "I am tragically unfit to contend in the current year's U.S. Open because of my progressing family circumstance that I am working through," Azarenka said in an announcement.
  4. In a week ago's post, Azarenka composed that she isolated from Leo's dad not long after Wimbledon, where she lost to Simona Halep in the fourth round July 10.
  5. "As we work to determine a portion of the lawful procedures, the way things stand now is that the main way I can play in the U.S. Open this year is whether I desert Leo in California," Azarenka expressed, "which I'm not willing to do."
  6. Azarenka has not played since Wimbledon. The U.S. Open begins next Monday.
  7. Eugenie Bouchard of Canada breezed past higher-positioned American Lauren Davis 6-3, 6-1 to achieve the second round of the Connecticut Open at New Haven, Conn. Bouchard, a special case passage, next confronts top-seeded Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland in the last hard-court tuneup for the U.S. Open.
